The villa’s main entrance is accessed by walking up a few stairs to a private balcony that overlooks the plot’s shared pool, gardens and part of the surrounding village.

With 88 square meters living space arranged over two levels this lovely new-built comprises an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area on the ground floor. The fitted wood burning fireplace in the living area promises relaxed evenings by the fire, while the fitted kitchen on the other end of this open-plan room was made with fine taste and care. Patio doors open from the dining area to a private balcony with a fitted wooden pergola that offers views to the neighbouring homes of the village development.

Stairs rise from the living area to the first level, where a small hallway leads to two double bedrooms, bathroom and WC.
